Photography has always excited me!  From the moment I got my first camera in elementary school, I was hooked.  I walked down to the stream by my house, and proceeded to use up an entire roll of film.... all the while having the lens cap on.  It’s been a learning experience ever since! 

Needing a break from doing social work, I decided about 5 years ago to try doing photography professionally.  Turns out I’m pretty good at it!!  Over 2,500 newborns and 50 weddings later, I have learned so much, and have grown not only as a photographer, but as a person.  

Serving the Detroit Metro and Thumb Areas (and beyond), I continue to learn and grow in my techniques and abilities, and I put my all into my work.  I enjoy capturing the joy and sweetness of new life.  With a firm grasp of soothing techniques and newborn safety, great care is taken with each baby.  As your little ones grow and get older, I love capturing the personalities that develop even at a young age, and the uniqueness and individuality of high school seniors during this important time in their lives.  And, of course, I love to capture LOVE.  Engagements, weddings, elopements.... Allow me to show off how special your big day is.  

Our time here is fleeting.  I want to help you capture your memories to last for generations.
